How long does it take xbox to ship you the return package?

Should be there any day–when we shipped ours, our box was there in about a week and a couple days, and they had a new console to us about 2 weeks after that. Luckily for us, we had a Wii, PS2, and DS Lite to keep us busy, good luck with the wait!

Should be about a week (not much longer) I live in upstate NY
and the whole process took a shade under 2 weeks. Not too bad. Bonus: they give you a voucher for a free month on XBox Live
