How do I fix my playstation 3 at this part?

you may have to send it in for maintenance. its a common fault not your fault.

Well it could be your hard-drive. I’ve had two PS3′s now because my old 60GB stopped working…so I got a PS3 slim which is awesome because of it being smaller and taking less power.
Anyway you can also trying leaving your fingure on the power button on the front and wait for it to beep a second time. This I believe resets it.
