What software do developers use to make Playstation games?

Ok so it’s no secret that Microsoft have produced the XNA game studio to allow people to create and distribute games for the 360 and PC. However my question is do Sony have an equivilent for the Playstation?

If not what is the current software that games developers use to make games for the Playstation?

    Create a video blog…instantly.

    Unreal Game Engine, etc. Just look up game engines. There is no “one” software these developers use.
